Super green smoothie
- 1 banana frozen
- 2 tablespoon of fresh lemon juice
- 1 handful of kale
- 1 handful of baby spinach
- 1 kiwi
- 1 cup of sweet almond milk
- 1 apple chopped
- 1 or 2 tsp of ME Moringa powder
- Put all ingredients in a blender, mix until you get a smooth homogeneous and thick texture.
- Pour the smoothie into bowls. Top with quinoa, chia, goji, fresh mix berries and sub flower seeds nuts.
- Carefully place the pieces on top of each bowl.
