Very berry breakfast

Serves 2


  • 1 cup of frozen unsweetened raspberries
  • ¾ cup of chilled unsweetened almond or rice milk
  • ¼ cup of frozen pitted unsweetened cherries or raspberries
  • 1,5 tbsp of honey
  • 2 tsp of finely grated fresh ginger
  • 1 tspof ground flax seed
  • 2 tspof fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tsp of ME Moringa powder

For the topping

Some almonds, cherries, rasperries, strawberries and pumpkin seeds.


  • Combine all ingredients in a blender, adding lemon juice to taste. Puree until smooth.
  • Pour into two bowls and nicely put the topping.
