Very berry breakfast
- 1 cup of frozen unsweetened raspberries
- ¾ cup of chilled unsweetened almond or rice milk
- ¼ cup of frozen pitted unsweetened cherries or raspberries
- 1,5 tbsp of honey
- 2 tsp of finely grated fresh ginger
- 1 tspof ground flax seed
- 2 tspof fresh lemon juice
- 2 tsp of ME Moringa powder
For the topping
Some almonds, cherries, rasperries, strawberries and pumpkin seeds.
- Combine all ingredients in a blender, adding lemon juice to taste. Puree until smooth.
- Pour into two bowls and nicely put the topping.
